Being the two cofounders ex-Microsoft executives, our methods approaches and

most important components to be integrated into it. One of our Companies – Dynamics
People – is clearly specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 design and implementation
through an extended version of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology.

Combi Consulting operates as a global network, combining
Companies and Initiatives directly started up and ...participated by Combi with external Consultants and Partners
In the globalization era, we deliver our services with a
multilayer and distributed global services model:
- Combi’s executives are directly involved in Customer Advisory, Business
Transformation Strategy & Planning and in the Management of major multinational
projects
- Subject matter services are managed directly via local Companies (i.e.
Dynamics People Italia for Microsoft Dynamics Services in the Italian market), or
through local partner Companies (such as Higility for the Saudi
Arabian market)
- Distributed delivery, complementing the “local” architect and very senior
consultants with nearshore software development factories (like MoreOne
technologies, based in Tirana)
